Job Description:

  1. Manage customer reservations and bookings (hotels, tickets, travel packages, etc. according to company services).
  2. Provide complete information about products/services to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  3. Ensure availability and booking confirmations in the system.
  4. Prepare daily reports on reservations and customer activities.
  5. Handle schedule changes, cancellations, and special customer requests.
  6. Deliver friendly, prompt, and professional customer service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Minimum education: High School/Vocational School (preferably Diploma/Bachelor in Hospitality, Tourism, Administration, or related fields).
  2. Experience in reservations/booking/customer service is an advantage.
  3. Good communication skills, polite, and customer-oriented.
  4. Proficiency in English is a plus.
  5. Skilled in using computers, internet, and booking applications.
  6. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
