Selected candidates are invited to an initial interview. This face-to-face interview is your chance to tell us all about yourself, so we can make sure you’ll be successful with us. Try to include information that is relevant to the role you are applying for and that allows us to get to know you.
If successful, you may be required to carry out several tasks on the day of your interview, or given a brief to fulfil ahead of your next presentation
If decision is made to proceed, the applicant will be invited to a second stage. You will be contacted to arrange the schedule for doing a presentation based on your tasks completion. Through this 10-minute presentation, we need a better understanding of how you can put your skills and knowledge into practice in a way that meets the company’s objectives and, ultimately, proves your value. You will also gain some good, constructive feedback from your interviewers after the presentation. It is our aim that you also experience a thorough process, and that you take away some learnings from the meeting with us!
The final interview is an opportunity to meet with selected candidates to review their suitability with the position applied and also for us to get to know if Werkudara is the right place for you to grow and develop. At this meeting we will continue the in-depth discussions about the job and you will get the opportunity to ask all the questions you may have regarding the job in order for you to get the best possible understanding of “what it is like”.
If a candidate is not suitable for a specific position, we may refer the candidate to a more appropriate position within the company.
The probationary period may be viewed as the final step in the selection process. For some new employees will be on probation for the first three months of employment with PT. Werkudara Nirwana Sakti. During this time, the employee is oriented to the position and given the opportunity to demonstrate his or her suitability for continuing employment. The direct-manager with HR will evaluate the employee’s performance and determine his/her suitability for the position. If you pass the probationary period, then you can enjoy your new role, knowing that you’ll feel confident and happy in your new job.

Selected candidates are asked to request cover letter from the respected school/university/institution and send to Werkudara via email at apply@werkudara.com along with self-introduction video (maximum duration of 60 seconds).
The final interview is an opportunity to meet with selected candidates to review their suitability with the position applied and for us to get to know if Werkudara is the right place for you to grow and develop. At this meeting we will continue the in-depth discussions about the internship, candidates’ expectation and you will get the opportunity to ask all the questions you may have regarding the internship for you to get the best possible understanding of “what it is like”.
Final decision will be given to the candidates by our HR via email and coordination with respected school/university/institution will also be conducted (if needed).
