Job Description

  1. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients , associations, and leisure market
  4. Develop customized proposals and pitch decks based on client needs
  5. Handle sales inquiries and coordinate with other departments
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
  7. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback
  8. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements

  1. Min 2 years of experience in Sales within the MICE (Meeting, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibition) and Leisure industry
  2. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills, and networking skills
  3. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding targetsTarget driven with a proactive and professional attitude
  4. Fluent in English; fluency in Mandarin is a strong advantage
  5. Willing to be based in Bali
