Job Description
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients , associations, and leisure market
- Develop customized proposals and pitch decks based on client needs
- Handle sales inquiries and coordinate with other departments
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Requirements
- Min 2 years of experience in Sales within the MICE (Meeting, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibition) and Leisure industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills, and networking skills
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding targetsTarget driven with a proactive and professional attitude
- Fluent in English; fluency in Mandarin is a strong advantage
- Willing to be based in Bali
