Job Description

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate and event management sector
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and associations
  3. Develop customized proposals and pitch decks based on client needs
  4. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
  6. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback

Qualitification & Requirements

  1. Proven sales experience in the MICE or hospitality industry (minimum 2–3 years
  2.  Strong network and understanding of the corporate events landscape
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  4. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
  5. Self-driven, professional, and proactive team player
  6. Fluent in English; fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred
