Job Description:
- Manage customer reservations and bookings (hotels, tickets, travel packages, etc. according to company services).
- Provide complete information about products/services to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Ensure availability and booking confirmations in the system.
- Prepare daily reports on reservations and customer activities.
- Handle schedule changes, cancellations, and special customer requests.
- Deliver friendly, prompt, and professional customer service.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum education: High School/Vocational School (preferably Diploma/Bachelor in Hospitality, Tourism, Administration, or related fields).
- Experience in reservations/booking/customer service is an advantage.
- Good communication skills, polite, and customer-oriented.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Skilled in using computers, internet, and booking applications.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
